The Light of My Life!

Hello all!  I've been busy resting up, reading, and doing a bit of painting and coloring here and there. (I'll share samples soon.) 

Yesterday was my birthday... nothing big... I think I must be about 29 and 3/4 by now.  Unfortunately, I spent the day mostly in bed recovering from my cooking.  No joke... I think it's about time I give up the dream of ever becoming Ms. Betty Crocker!  LOL 

Tuesday night I whipped up some of my hubby's favorite Kung Pow Chicken... and then spent most of Tuesday night and Wednesday morning Pow Kunging it back up again!  (Blech)  Trust me... NOT our favorite meal anymore! 

So anyway... I spent the day recovering... and didn't get a chance to tell you all about my cool gift.  But I'm better now and I want to brag!  Can I???? 

See this BIG box... my gift was inside.  It says Cowboy Studios on the side... I had no idea what what Cowboy Studios sold...  so I couldn't wait to tear into the box.

(Tearing.... ripping...  squealing with delight!)

LOOK!!! 

I got a Uber Duber Super Cool Light Studio for my videos!  OMG...  I'm so excited! 

I've been creating videos for my on-line classes for about a year now, and I'm always complaining about the poor lighting in my studio.  I can only video tape on bright sunny days... and when a wayward cloud goes past the window... my videos get all yellowy-blue.

Well... not anymore!  I can video tape in the darkest night if I want to!  Check it out!  There are two side lights each with 5 (count 'em five) lights... with these cool diffusers!  And then a neat boom light that can be swung in from above. 

The verdict... I LOVE EM!  No weird color... no shadows... no fading light...  they ROCK!  Now my videos can be even better!@  Yaaaa hoooooo!  Thanks sweetie - You are the Light of My Life!
