Remember me? I'm back!!!
Sometime ago I promised to be a better blogger... and I seem to have broken that promise. I apologize and could go into lots of reasons why (work, special projects, travel, funeral, weddings, births, lost mojo...) but I won't go into all of the gorey details.
Allow me to say that I have a renewed sense of excitement for crafting and coloring and while I won't make any promises, I hope to get back into creating things and sharing them here on my blog.
I was lucky enough to spend the weekend with Cindy Lawrence and some amazing young ladies playing and coloring and getting inky during the Color & Ink Workshop in Richmond, VA. One of the sections I teach is coloring skin tones and hair styles. I LOVE coloring hair... so of course, I had to share my "long flowing locks" image.
This digi image is called Color Me Wonderful from Saturated Canary and is colored with Copic markers. I had such a blast coloring her hair... now I've got to find a home for her in a project or card.
Today the class is learning all about airbrushing and playing with some fun new surfaces with Cindy.
I can't wait to see the results of their experiments!
Thanks for stopping by today. I promise not to be such a stranger!
